Off to my parents for the weekend so I can show mum_ra how to work my old digital camera before they go away next weekend. LOL. I also have to bake another fruit cake as we're having another sale at Halloween

I'm sure we'll be taking Boisterous Puppy somewhere nice for a walk too so there will be photos to come :)

This Friday is really dragging. I have to stay at work until 4:30 because that's when Dad-Ra is picking me up. Woe!

At 3pm a bunch of us are getting presented with certificates from the CE for our work on the Open Day. Should be a giggle. It's nice that she wants to show her appreciation but I'd prefer an extra day off or a bonus instead ;)

I've been putting my literary skills to the test today by helping a guy in my office write a report. I'd much rather have written a story ;)

Oh and it's jacket potato day today. Am full

I learned what a bus is (in the computer sense, not something with 4 wheels that you ride in). One of our senior managers used to work in IT and he's been really encouraging me to get a management post (he's the one that did my mock interview with me). Lately he's taken to popping his head around the door, asking me an IT related question and leaving me to find out what the answer is. LOL. It's a good thing I like learning new things
