I'm baaaack!

I've had a fabulous weekend! Ros and I spent the whole time giggling like idiots and acting like 12 year olds. LOL! I really needed it. Just to have a break and unwind from all the crap at work. I feel much better now

Diet was shot to hell this weekend though. I'm not looking forward to weigh day on Tuesday. Maybe if I go for a 5 mile run tomorrow...

After spending the weekend in a nice, quiet country town everything seems so loud here. I can barely hear myself think because a bunch of twatty boy racers keep driving past with their car stereos turned up so loud it actually made my ears hurt. There are loads of idiotic drunk people talking/shouting very loudly and I just had to listen to various members of the Big Brother house screaming at the top of their lungs

Can't wait for next weekend so I can go back to the countryside again
