23. Joss Whedon: The Genius Behind Buffy - Candace Havens

Even though the book about Joss was obviously unofficial, and was written before Season 7 of Buffy had finished it was still an interesting read. I would like to read a more up to date bio some time though

Next is Serenity: Those Left Behind by Joss Whedon, Brett Matthews and Will Conrad. It's only a small comic book (not even long enough to call a graphic novel really) so I expect I'll have it finished tonight. Looks pretty though!

I know I'm always complaining about the cold but I swear I'm gonne melt. It's just as hot inside as it is outside so there's no escape!

On the plus side I lost 3lbs this week, mostly because I've been too hot to want to eat anything so I've just been drinking gallons of water.

Had a dream last night that there was a wasp on my back and I couldn't get to it to get it off. I started asking people to help me but no one could :(

Then there was the weird part where I was at Disneyland Paris with [livejournal.com profile] flickums and some kids decided to trash the Haunted House (which was a rollercoaster rather than the car thing). They were smashing windows and it made our rollercoaster car crash. We were fine though, and more concerned we were going to look silly on the photo. LOL

Baa!

Post this in your journal, asking your friendslist (or whatever stranger that happens to wander by) to respond with whatever they know about you. It can be as matter of fact as 'Your name is Bridget, you're 25 and attending Harvard.' to the absolute useless 'One Thursday, you tried to hop down a flight of stairs and you fell on your face'.

A week later, write an 'about me' post to fill in the gaps in your friends knowledge.

Finished Season 1 of Deadwood and am about to start Season 2

I seriously dislike Alma. She's so bloody wet! At least Trixie, Joanie and Calamity Jane have a bit of something about them

Joss is clearly God as he connects all things.

Sean Maher (Simon in Firefly/Serenity) was in Party of Five with Foxy so that ties the Jossverse with Lost

Now I've just seen Sarah Paulson (who played the Doctor on the recorded message in Serenity) in Deadwood as is La Marquesa from Sharpe's Honour

Oh, and I totally forgot that Gina Torres was in Alias *has a massive girl crush on Anna*

*bows before the greatness of Joss*

I need a Joss Is God icon
