I was good last night and went to bed after Chaplin finished just after 10pm. Feel all refreshed this morning. YAY!

supernaturalhel is on the train now and should be here at about 11. Plan is to watch as much Buffy as possible today, pausing only for food, toilet breaks and Doctor Who. Back to visit the parents and boisterous puppy tomorrow. I think we've got another 5 mile walk planned for Monday *dies*
