I had a dream last night that I adopted caz's dog, only he was just a puppy

It's all go today. It's transpired that no one in my division got an interview for that management jobs and there are now accusations of favouritism flying around. Everyone I know received a 3 line 'feedback' e mail which was identical to everyone elses and had clearly just had the names changed. Division manager has now got involved as he's as pissed off as the rest of us. I have seemingly been elected spokesperson for the staff who got rejected (I always seem to end up doing this). Have raised my concerns about the poor quality and half-arsed feedback and it's now being chased up. Just got to wait and see what happens. It's not so much the fact that I didn't get selected that bothers me (although I am disappointed obviously) it's the fact that the manager in question (whom I've had dealings with before) couldn't even be arsed to put together some constructive criticism of our applications so we know how to improve for the future. Well, I'm not going to sit back and just accept it. LOL. Now that things have been put into motion we should hopefully get something half decent back in the end

And on an unrelated note bean_stillness has gone to a tie-break this week. LOL. Have to wait an extra day for the results now :(
