Diet has officially started today. I've been putting it off ever since the nurse told me to lose weight. I think I was rebelling because I didn't actually feel overweight. Anyway, been good today and I may even go jogging after work. It's light enough now that I don't have to worry about running along the river in the dark
We'll see how it goes I guess.
It's annoying because when I did Weight Watchers before it was because I wanted wheras now it's because I have to.
Meh.
I don't have any problem sticking to diets. I did really well last time and lost just over half a stone in a month. It was just unfortunate that my birthday and two trips abroad all happened in one month so the weight went back on and I never got back into losing it again.
Can't afford to go on holiday this year so that won't be a problem ;)
