I've just put in my application for that management job. I'm feeling pretty confident but at the same time I'm quite nervous. It's a really high profile job and if anything goes wrong the CE herself will get wind of it. EEK!

On the other hand it does sound really interesting. I've already started planning how to kickstart the project and I haven't even had an interview yet...
