We watched A Knight's Tale last night (mostly so Jacqui could squee over Heath). I've loved this film since I saw it at the cinema with nam_melon. I love Paul Bettany. It made me want to watch Master and Commander again. And Wimbledon.

After that we watched a documentary about the events of the Munich Olympics. I really don't think I'm going to be able to stomach watching the film, not even for Eric.

There's a new temporary management job going and it's just been hinted to me that I'm going to be offered it

Even if I have to go for another interview at least I know what to expect this time

Well, that was so not worth it

Just got my payslip for this month.

I earned £100 in overtime money and got my £300 bonus but I paid £400 in tax, national insurance, pension and student loan repayment

So essentially I just got my basic salary tax free.

I'm still £250 better off than I would be normally but it's depressing when you see how much money you pay to 'the man'

Well, when we finally worked out what we were doing with World of Warcraft I got my ass well and truly kicked. Pretty much like the online version of the game really. LOL

I shouldn't try and make icons when I'm tired. I wind up feeling all discouraged and uninspired. I've made a few for this weeks bean_stillness but I need to look at them with fresh eyes tomorrow before I decide if they're worth submitting. Right now my brain is saying 'Why are you even bothering when there are so many better icon makers than you out there?'
