Whilst I love Christmas I really don't like the expensive of it. Got a rather unhealthy looking bank statement yesterday. Thankfully I get paid tomorrow (and boy am I glad I did that overtime).

I've been doing some financial planning (see me being organised for once) and it looks like I'm not going to be able to make to Canada next year for Toronto Trek :( Jacqui and I are going to be moving house at around the same time and I'm going to need to come up with the deposit for that (Essentially 2 months rent in one go. Ouch) so I just can't fork out £300+ for flights and spending money

Did anyone see Boris Johnson on Have I Got News For You last night. Dude, he rocks. He's be an ace fictional Prime Minister (dear god, let's hope he never actually has run of the country).

Jacqui and I decided that instead of watching Season 5 of Alias, which is apparently crap, we'd made up our own version of the plot

I was just talking about the cruise (and the joys of french toast and pancakes for breakfast). How it is possible that the cruise was only 5 months ago. It feels like closer to 5 years. I can barely remember my flat burning down and that was only a few weeks before the cruise
