My day

A most pleasant afternoon and evening. Jacqui and I went out for lunch (and I had lovely fish and chips with bread and butter pudding afterwards) and then I came back and spent a happy few hours watching the special features on Titanic. I don't care what everyone else says, I love this film. Tomorrow I'm going to make some pretty Rose icons in all her pretty dresses. I REALLY wanted to be Kate Winslet when this movie was on at the cinema, and no it wasn't so I got to snog Leo. Bleh.

Greg and Amanda came over for Trivial Pursuit. Greg won the first game (with me two wedges behind him) and I won the second game (with Jacqui racing to get to the centre before me). It was a lot of fun, although I was scared by how much we all know about the movies.

After that we watched Shrek 2 which always makes me laugh. Brilliant film

That was it really. Now I need to go to bed. Going Christmas shopping with my mum tomorrow. WHEE!

I forgot to post about today's shopping. Most successful. I have now bought presents for

The rest will get done next month. I also managed to buy myself a pair of nice warm boots to take to Germany next month in case there's snow, and also a Lost calendar (seems you can't get a BSG one. Boo!)

Then, when I got home, I found that Santa had been to visit (in the guise of Jacqui's mum). Mum helped me wrap all the presents I bought (apart from her own of course) so I now have a big stash at the foot of my bed. I want to put our Christmas decs up now so I can put the presents under the tree. Still a couple more weeks until December (boo!)

Right, time for bed now
