Diet stuff

I'm giving up on Weight Watchers. Well, not exactly, I just realised I'm spending £20 a month just to be told how much I weigh. I can buy a set of scales and do that myself. So I'm still going to diet and excerise, just not go to the meetings. We never go to the official meetings anyway. We just turn up, get weighed, pay our money and go home.

£20 is money I can spend on other, more useful things, and every penny counts now that Christmas is drawing nearer
