Jul. 8th, 2005 07:27 amWell, the pub didn't have a chef last night so we couldn't have the massive fuck off pub dinner I posted about. Instead we tried out the Indian takeaway that's just down the road from us. It was pretty good and the guy in there was very friendly. I expect we'll be seeing more of him in the future ;)
Watched episode 3 of Hornblower. God, it's so funny. Jacqui has labelled it as the gayest thing ever. Gayer than Queer as Folk. LOL. Captail Pellew is obviously in love with Hornblower and Hornblower to an extent loves him back, but then things got complicated when his old boyfriend Archie showed up when Hornblower thought he was dead. Ooh, the drama (in our heads). We shall watch another one tonight I expect
I placed my first text message vote on Big Brother last night. Maxwell MUST go! Although it was amusing when Big Brother gave him and Anthony some bleach and told them to clean all the areas they'd been throwing shitty water around. Maxwell, however, decided to let Anthony do all the work and he just sat down and ate a big bowl of pasta. He's such a pig! In every sense of the word. I'm getting bloody sick of Craig crying all the time. He's such a bloody drama queen. Look, just tell Maxwell you love him and then get over it! Makosi still thinks she's pregnant. Whatever!
Didn't read any Two Towers last night as I wasn't feeling too good. Feel a bit better now
I'm trying to convince Jacqui to watch Equilibrium with me tomorrow but she doesn't seem convinced. I still need to decide what to buy with my DVD voucher.
