Last Night: A Review

supernaturalhel arrived just after 5 and after a tour of The Fangirl Pad we settled down for a drink and a catch up on what was happening and talk about days gone by. Relived some good and some bad times.Watched Corronation Street and took the piss and then settled down for the Eastenders 1 hour special. It was obvious what was going to happen to Den pretty much from the start, but the demise of Andy came as much more of a shock. So, Den was clubbed to death with a cast iron dog. What a way to go. LOL. I suspect Zoe will be the one to go to prison for it but we'll have to wait and see I guess.
I ordered pizza online for the first time. It's so damn cool! I must do it more often. Not that I eat pizza a lot but for the occasions when I do. I like Dominos Pizza much more than Pizza Hut
After Eastenders, Pizza and The Simpsons we settled down to watch Titanic. This dates back to when this film was showing at the cinema and Helen and I used to skip school so we could go and watch it. We must have seen it 8 or 9 times while it was on release
I still can't watch it without crying. Not where Jack dies, but the bit right at the end where she's back on the ship and everyone who died is there *sniffle* just so sad
After that it was about 1am and we'd drunk 2 bottles of wine so it was time to crash.
Most enjoyable evening :)
Walked supernaturalhel to the station this morning. It was nice to get some exercise after the pizza I ate last night but it was bloody cold!
Crashed when I got back home and slept for a couple more hours untilrancour arrived to play Pirates of the Spanish Main. It was a LOT of fun! Took us a while to get the models built but once we started actually playing it was great. I was doing really well until the last minute when everyone turned on me and sank my fleet :( Hopefully we'll play again soon though
After James left Jacqui and I spend a few hours looking for LotR action figures online. There are SO many I want, as well as a Jack Sparrow and Will Turner. I'm going to be good though and save all my pennies for cruise stuff.
Spent the evening watching Shakespeare in Love. I'd forgotten how much I love this film. After Titanic it's the film I've seen the most times at the cinema. Whatever happened to Joseph Fiennes?
Now I'm going to find a nice Legolas/Aragorn fic to read and then I'm going to bed
