Quick question

Ok, the current challenge on heavenly_dorks is to take text smilies like :) and photograph yourself pulling the relevant face. I can do this. I'm a camera whore. LOL

So, could people list as many different smilies as they can and tell me what emotion they're supposed to be just in case I haven't seen it before. Then I can play at the weekend and do a post. YAY!

Went to the gym after work and feel suitably pooped. I've worked out just how much I can run without dying so I shall stick with that until I get fitter.

I was just thinking on the way home, I've only been reading Sean/Orlando fics for about a week and I've already forgotten what got me into it in the first place. How strange. I remember how I got involved in the Buffy fandom and the PotC fandom but not this latest one. I'll have to go back and check my LJ. LOL

Maybe later I'll do a fandom post and share how each one started

Is it better to jog slowly for longer or run faster for less amount of time? Just trying to work out which will benefit me more when I go to the gym next
