Today

It's been a fairly quiet day today. I spent most of the morning sleeping and most of the afternoon/evening watching TV. Still, I suppose that's what the Christmas hols are all about. Doing very little

Watched Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame. Travesty against classic French literature but a damn cool Disney film. It's so dark and gothic *g*

Watched Strictly Ice Dancing. Wanted Scarlett Johnson to win but was happy with David Seamen. At least it wasn't that irritating woman from Liberty X

Rupert Everett plays a FAB Sherlock Holmes. I hope they make more with him. He's damn pretty apart from everything else.

Been watching Series 4 of The Soprano's with flickums. It's a bit too gritty and violent to be something I would watch ordinarily but I got quite into it while I was watching. Not enough to go back and watch it from the beginning.

Back home tomorrow. My parents don't seem to want me to go and mum_ra has been trying to talk me into staying for a few more days. I want to spend some holiday time with jacqui_hw though and to be honest I'm getting a bit bored here. It's nice to see my family of course but I'm running out of things to do and they're back at work tomorrow so I'd only see them in the evenings anyway. Meh, I still feel like I'm abandoning them though

Homeward Bound

Jacqui and I are going to have a fandom day some time this week where we watch the extended edition of Return of the King and the Pirates of the Caribbean Lost Disk. That will probably take up pretty much a whole day but it will be FUN!

I have to go pack in a bit. This is the part I hate. I ALWAYS leave something behind

Oh, and Jacqui wrote me a wonderfully cute Sparrington fic as part of my Christmas present. I shall post it later on...or get her to post it
