Whole bunch of stuff

Jacqui fiddled around with the thermostat and we have hot water again. WHEE!!! Don't know what happened there but I look forward to having a shower and washing my hair properly in the morning

We've had an evening of dancing tonight....not literally

We watched Strictly Come Dancing and Jill and Darren got full marks for their Jive and then went on to win. YAY! They were clearly the best couple *points to icon*

Then we watched Strictly Ballroom. I love this film. So simple but so wonderful. I love Baz Luhrmann.

Then we watched an episode of That 70's Show which I actually found funny! They all went to a disco and it was just perfect. YAY!

Uh...I think that's about it. We're going to see Phantom of the Opera at the cinema tomorrow. Can't wait!

Jacqui is putting together a track list for our New Year's Party CD and we're 2 tracks short of 100. She asked me to pick 2 songs that make me want to dance but I just couldn't think of anything. Music of the Night

Just got back from seeing Phantom of the Opera. It totally blew me away! It managed, for me anyway, to capture all the spectacular and wonder of the stage show and combine it with beautiful sets which you can only find in the movies. I absolutely loved it and was in tears at the end!

Now I need to suck up to kacky37 and see if she'll share one of her lovely Phantom icons with me. Gerard Butler was great! Not the most amazing voice in the world but he acted the part wonderfully

Ok, on my friends of friends page yesterday I spotted a very interesting post where someone had found an easter egg on the extended Return of the King DVD. It was Viggo kissing Dominic (I think)
