Ow!

I'm SO wearing my trainers to work today. My feet are still really sore and I just can't wear anything with any sort of heel. They're black trainers and quite smart so it's not the end of the world. If anyone says anything I'll make THEM wear silly shoes all day and see how they like it!

Just sent Amazon another snotty e mail after they told me to wait another few days to see if my stuff arrived. I actually used the phrase 'your delivery service leaves a lot to be desired' and told them (again) that I will be shopping elsewhere from now on

I just got a standard response from Amazon saying my account would be credited with the refund I'd requested. They didn't seem to care about the cancellation of my other orders or the fact that they were loosing my custom

Well, they can just go screw themselves then!
