I saw Bring It On for the first time tonight. It's one of those film that I've been meaning to watch for ages and that people have been telling me to watch. Well, I made the fatal error of going into HMV today, only to discover they were selling 3 DVDs for £20. REALLY shouldn't have. REALLY should be saving for when I have to move, but I couldn't help myseld. Left with Bring It On, Strictly Ballroom and Romy and Michele's High School Reunion.

Bad Hils

Bring It On was a LOT of fun. I laughed a lot. Has Clare Kramer ever NOT played a blonde bimbo? And the romantic lead reminded me a lot of Nick Brendon. Makes me wonder if they were trying to make a Buffy feature or something. I loved it!

Romy and Michele is a film I have loved since I stumbled across it a few years ago. It's a bit dated now but still a lot of fun and worth it just for Alan Cumming's ballet dance. LOL

Haven't watched Strictly Ballroom yet. Saving that for tomorrow

God, I REALLY want Seasons 3 and 4 of Angel on DVD, but for reasons mentioned above I really can't afford them right now *pout*

Oh, and happy birthday [livejournal.com profile] dusty273

Richard Biggs (Dr Franklin from B5) has died. God, he can't have been that old. That's really sad.

I've just written to the club in Islington about the digital camera fiasco at the GotR gig. Many thanks to [livejournal.com profile] padfoot_uk for helping me sort the wording out so I didn't sound like a petty, whiney, brat :)
