Stuff

My cold seems to be retreating, thankfully. I'm still knackered though. I really should have gone to bed early last night but once I'd started working on my holiday pics I just wanted to get it finished. ah well.

I'm going to see Van Helsing tonight with jazz_police so it should be a fairly restful evening and hopefully I won't get home too late. My room, which was tidy when I got home on Sunday, is a mess again but fuck it. I'll tidy it when I'm fully rested.

I'm taking Friday off as I'm going to my parents this weekend in order to house-sit for them next week. Means I only have another 2 days at work after today which is good. That's one good thing about my job, I can take a day off pretty much whenever I feel like it.

MUST get Chapter 4 of Press-Ganged done over the weekend. I finally worked out what I want to do with it but I just haven't had time to actually do any writing. If you see me over the weekend and I'm slacking off, give me a cyber-prod.

Van Helsing

...wasn't as bad as Underworld but was still pretty damn bad. The special effects were TV quality, the acting was shoddy and overall there were few redeeming features.

If you haven't seen it yet, don't bother
