Well Split My Infinitives!

I've had a FAB weekend! Me, Dave and jacqui_hw went to see Peter Pan. It was AMAZING. I cried through loads of it. The kids in that film should win Oscars and beat the Harry Potter brats over the head with them

Spent Sunday watching Season 3 of Coupling (very funny), Bill Bailey (very funny) and Queen of the Damned (very funny...although I don't think it was supposed to be)

In the evening we had the last session of our Dark Ages Vampire campaign. It was HILARIOUS! My character ended up frenzying, drinking Dave's character into unconsciousness and then humping the vampire ruler of Venice (who was female, as was I)

The game ended with everyone vacating the room so I could have some privacy. LOL

A valuable lesson

Normally in the morning I turn my alarm off when it rings and actually get out of bed when I hear Tom get up so I have 15 minutes of warm time in bed. Today, unfortunately, my plan failed. Tom forgot to set his alarm and I fell back asleep. I woke up about 30 mins late but he woke up about an hour late. I didn't even realise he was here until I heard hin running down the stairs like a nutter. I figured I'd fallen asleep and just not heard him clumping around. Oops

On a totally unrelated note I forgot to share another good thing about my weekend. I had the BEST shopping triumph ever! Was browsing various clothes shops on Saturday when I saw this REALLY pretty dress. It was £30 and since I promised not to spend money on things I didn't need I didn't get it. However, as I was walking out I saw they had exactly the same dress in the sale. How much? £7. BARGAIN! Of course, I bought it and what made it better was the fact that I got this really cute jumper for free. Yup, free clothes. It was great!

This is a question for mlewys and any other photographers out there.

I took this photo this morning. It was supposed to be the moon above some houses but for some reason the moon seems to look a lot smaller than it did when I was just looking at it. What did I do wrong? Should I have zoomed or is it just because the camera has focused on the houses rather than the moon?
