Stuff

Have had a very pleasant evening. Went to see my friend Tyson's wife's band play at a bar in the basement of one of our local cinemas. I was a bit dubious about going since I didn't know anyone apart from Tyson and Bianca but I still had a fab time.

The bad were excellent and the songs were great. Most of them were written by Bianca and the lyrics were so emotive and really touched me. One of them nearly had me in tears. Anyway, the plan is to write up a review and try and get it in some of the local press. I haven't reviewed a band since I was 17 so it should be an interesting little project.

Slight drawback of tonight was that I found myself feeling a bit lonely. All of my close friends are either moving away or have moved away, and although I've still got friends here it just doesn't feel the same. My best friend from Uni is moving away next month and finzilla seems to have forgotten I exist. Wah! I feel broody and morose.

On a totally unrelated note I was having a look at my site today and I'm only 10MB away from my space limit. Pretty soon I'm going to have to either remove a load of stuff from the site, or pay to expand. I'm not sure what to do yet. There was a time when I wouldn't have thought twice about paying, my site was my life. But lately I'm finding myself less interested in it. There doesn't seem to be many good fics out there and I don't know whether to keep the site going or not. Maybe things will get better once Season 7 airs
