Well, we are back from GotR. It did not start well. It was raining and when we arrived I was told that digital cameras were not allowed and I was forced to leave mine in the cloakroom. Then we were forced to wait an hour for the support group and then another half an hour for GotR themselves. Still, once my rage died down I enjoyed the gig. They did a load of stuff off the old album (including my favourite Goodnight Sweet Girl) and some new stuff too (including a song called Bad about a girl James met here in the UK). Sadly he did not come out for autographs this time, but still had my moment in Edinburgh so I can die happy. I had just better get some good Photos at JM Live next Saturday or I will not be amused. Oh, and the new hair looks good!
Since kita0610 and eurydice72 have been sharing the joys of James Marsters Lolly Fellatio, I figured it only fair to contribute as well, since I was present for the aforementioned incident.
Well, the GOTR pics are now up. Go, go and enjoy the joy of James. And can someone tell me how he manages to look so good in yellow. Yellow is NOT a good colour for a man to wear.
Well, that's it then. I'm all packed and ready to go. Shall be heading off to work soon and then I'm going straight to the station from there.
It still hasn't sunk in that in about 12 hours I will be seeing James Marsters. To be honest I don't think it WILL until I actually see him. I'm not holding out any hope of the gig actually being any good but it's James.
Well, I promise to take lots of pics anyway. Not sure when I'll be able to post them since I don't have a scanner. Probably won't be until the weekend before the con, where I'll be at my parents for a couple of days. I'll do a full write up when I get back tomorrow though.
Wow, and two weeks today I'll be heading down to London to catch my plane. That's kind of scary. I still have loads to buy
