Good lord! He looks like he shouldn't be out without his mother! And what's with the silly emo haircut?
That is purely my superficial reaction. I don't doubt that he can act. He wouldn't have got the part otherwise, but he looks more like companion material rather than Doctor material.
Still, way to make me feel old, Beeb. The new Doctor is three years younger than me!

lou_angel said that dreaming of teeth falling out can indicate anxiety about loss of youth. Well, this coupled with the Merlin fandom stuff I posted about yesterday is certainly doing the job!
