I'm finally sorting out my Merlin sims. Arthur is all moved into a big mansion and Merlin has a little house across the road. Now, Arthur already wants to be a politician which I think works for the future king. Merlin, however, wants to be a doctor or scientist and I kind of think they both work. So, what I always do when I can't decide something, a poll

Scientist I think, the magic kind of fits in there. His centre is Arthur, and uses his skills to help him.

well, he works for gaius, and i love the idea of him being a healer :D
and then of course, arthur the politician somehow there are assassins or crazy alike, and he gets hurt, and they must call merlin!

Merlin isn't a healer in the legends - he's a seer, a madman, and that fits with the scientist image, bwah ha ha...
