I used to review fanfic for the podcast Firefly Talk, I wasn't allowed to review slash, sadly, but I can say I'm pretty certain Mal/Simon is the most popular.

Oh you're very welcome. Not a slash pairing, but Jayne/River was the 2nd most popular pairing I saw--for non canon pairings. That one always skeeved me a little.
