I've got some flexi time to use so I have booked 9th Feb off. Those who know the significance of that date can point and laugh. The rest of you can move along ;)

I don't know if anyone else is interested but lou_angel and I are looking at getting a hotel for the night of the next meetup so we don't have to dash off and spend a huge amount of time travelling in one day. I can pass on the details of which hotel we're using if anyone else wants to do the same

General fandomy stuff

Is it bad that I'm not missing any of my TV shows at all? In fact I've rather enjoyed having a month off from everything. Saying that I am insanely excited about new BSG this weekend. INSANELY!

When things start up again it might be time for another trim. I was really struggling to keep up with everything in the weeks leading up to the holidays. I think I might ditch Fringe and Chuck and just buy the box sets when they come out on DVD. I'm wavering with Sarah Connor too...

I never did get around to watching any of Leverage over the holidays. Maybe that will be another DVD thing.

I am also totally failing at writing my Smallville mpreg. I've written approximately two paragraphs since I started it up again. I'm just struggling to get into the zone with it. I do want to finish it though, even if it does have the potential to become an epic. Maybe that's what's scaring me about it. I don't do epics. If a fic is 5000 words I'm doing well. LOL!

Maybe I'll have a go at the weekend and see what I can do with it. Coaxing and encouragement is gratefully received.
