The next morning all was bright and sunny. It stayed that way for the rest of the week

OMG! This was the most amazing thing I have ever had. Spinach gnocci in a basket made of cheese. It was like the cheese you get when you grill cheese on toast for a little too long and it goes crispy. SO NICE!
