Just got back fromseeing Last Samurai. Glad I managed to get to see it before it stopped showing at the cinema. Thouroughly enjoyed it :)

And, as promised here are the photos




Put some onions in a pan and lightly fry them


Mix wholemeal flour and olive oil together


Until it looks like this


Roll it out until it's flat and big enough


Put in a dish


Caramelise onions


Put into pastry dish


Cover with goats cheese


Bake until golden brown


Serve
