Now, that's tricky, as it depends on te moment and where are you.
Right now, Megaupload is working fine for me. But there are times when I can get a single download from them.
If we are not talking about big files, or you don't mind to split them, MediaFire is also a great option.
People are having a lot of issues with SendSpace, mostly by antivirus which had wrong settings.
Another good place for files not too big is FileFront.
