I've already worked out that I haven't been in the fandom long enough to be nominated, and as you say, there are so many people writing, you're never sure if your work is being read anyway. I know I've had the same problem that you have with comments, (I still need to actually find your stories to read :s)

So I'm just going to keep writing what I enjoy and probably try to let the awards sail over my head. Meh. *hugs*
