HULK SMASH

Well, that was rather good. I would say fractionally less good than Iron Man but a hulk sized chunk better than the other version of the movie. At least this time I didn't start texting people in the middle of the film to tell them how bad it was ;)

It loses points for not having Nick Fury (which I could have sworn I read he was in it) and the fact that I sat all the way through the credits to find there was no after credit scene.

On the other hand Tony Stark was in it, and they made reference to SHIELD putting together The Avengers so that gained it a couple of points.

Edward Norton and Liv Tyler were brilliant! So much better than Jennifer Connelly and Eric Bana, and the plot was tighter and it was just generally good

I don't think there will be any repeat viewings, but it kind of made me want to see Iron Man again *facepalm*

I can't afford it though. I want to see The Happening next week.

Oh fuck it.

I was trying to be good - I've next to no money, but my parents owe me plenty, they pay my way next week. I'm off to see this tomorrow - I could do with a day in town, spend some time in a coffee shop, chilling, and doing a bit of shopping (I need a plastic (not software) flow chart template, and they're bloody hard to find).

Aye, chilling out - then some Hulk Smash action me thinks.

Glad you liked it after I had read that it was really bad. I still can't believe most of it was shot in Toronto.

It was definitely better than the Eric Bana version, but... well, my husband liked this one a lot more than I did. I guess I'm at an age where big ol' slugfests bore the crap out of me.

It was fantastic. I absolutely loved it! They were so true to the comics this time, and the cast they picked couldn't have been better. I've been a big fan of Tim Roth's ever since "The Legend of 1900", but this took the cake. ^_^ Right amount of humor, right amount of romance (which was sweet without being too sexy), right amount of hero, and TONY STARK.

I did love the nod to the original Incredible Hulk as the guard he delivers the pizza to. Fantastic. ^___________^

And this makes me wanna see Iron Man first, then head to this. ^_^

It made me want to see Iron Man again too actually.
But I think nine viewings would be too excessive... right?
But I shall be watching this again tonight, haha.

My review is your review.

I got a bit distracted that Chris Owens was a commando. I stopped watching the fight scene, and started playing 'Where's Chris?'

I enjoyed The Happening.
