Yeah! And Michael Rosenbaum's really the only one who ever seems to have even bothered to look into his character at all.. noone ever bothered with him before Michael. I bet he loves that guy.

We're finding it interesting that when his personality is literally split in two, there are just two Lex's.. then later the good side of his personality has regressed to a frightened little boy. If you think about it, that is all Lex doing that to himself, beating himself up over his weaknesses.. and in "Lexmas", the "Money and Power" speech... I feel like every time he says something like that there's this huge amount of sadness surpressed inside him that NEEDS to come out but he won't let it, and so he beats himself up, making himself believe he is that horrible kind of person because if he let himself be any weaker he'd get hurt. He never knew real love apart from Clark's, and Clark was influenced by the people around him, all of which don't trust Lex. I imagine he must be so very lonely...
