Post #3 - Tom or not Tom

Ok, lexalicious70 took me into the hair salon at Wal-Mart because she swore they had a picture Tom Welling on the wall. We looked and it does look an awful lot like him but the hair colour is wrong and his eyes are VERY blue. We decided to open it up to you folks, as our resident Welling experts. What do you think?

You don't suppose that's Tom's younger brother, Mark*, do you?

*No, I didn't know his name off the top of my head. i found it when I was looking at imdb.
