My weekend
I'm sleepy so here's the abridged version
Friday - Went to work, went shopping with Dave and then met Mum-Ra and![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
flickums. We went shopping and I bought some clothes. Namely a very pretty chinese top and a suede maroon skirt. Came back to my house and had to more or less force Flickums away from Tom and mrthursday. Once she was gone we watched Unforgiven. It wasn't bad. Nothing amazing but not bad. Went to bed after that
Saturday - Was woken up by me neighbours as previously posted. Went back to bed for a couple of hours and got up when Tom and Rob went shopping. Managed to drop my mobile into a mug of water while I was cleaning which completely killed it. Had to go out and buy a new one. It's cool. It's a Nokia 5210 with colour screen and internet access. I like.
Went to see Kill Bill vol. 1. It kicked ass!!! I want to see it again. I think we're going to go next weekend. Came back home afterwards, had a shower, go changed and then headed out for Tom's birthday. It was a really good night considering the sense of doom I had. Dee didn't turn up and Mel was at the complete other end of the table and disappeared once the meal was over. We went to the pub, drank lots and then headed back to Greg's to play Soul Calibre and drink more. It was a lot of fun.
Sunday - Woke up this morning feeling rather hungover and was dismayed to find that for some reason my new phone will do everything except let me make calls. I can send and receive text messages, and I can receive calls, I just can't make them. Phoned the network and they said they'd look into it and phone me back. Still haven't heard anything so they will be getting an angry call from me tomorrow. Watched the second half of Miller's Crossing which I now wish I'd seen all of, and the Wild Bunch today. Both very cool. We then spent the afternoon playing Soul Calibre. Roleplaying in the evening which was fun as always and that was it.
